ANTI-HOSTILE SQUAD !
THESE GUYS WOULD BE THE ONES WITH THE GUNS AND ALL THAT FANCY EQUIPMENT.
The Anti-Hostile Squad is a government military branch devoted entirely to dealing with lycanthrope-related affairs. Both affectionately and not-so-affectionately referred to in slang as the "Monster Squad," the soldiers and investigators who are members of the AHS work towards maintaining peace in the public, locating and suppressing hostile, rabid, or unregistered loups-garoux, and investigating lycanthrope related crimes of all types, including murder and hate-discrimination.
The group has been a constant presence among the streets of France, and most particularly Paris, since their instillation. There are both human and lycanthrope members on the Squad, with lycanthropes having been given the nickname "Bloodhounds" due to their work dealing primarily with tracking and suppressing werewolves with their own lycanthropy-gifted abilities. All werewolves working for the AHS are screened rigourously and often for signs of rabies infection, or temperment defaults.

CAVEY RESEARCH FACILITY !
THESE PEOPLE REALLY LIKE PLAYING WITH NEEDLES.
Cavey Research is a facility sponsored by the Parisian government with a goal in creating new drugs and antibiotics aimed towards a lycanthrope user-base. The scientists, researchers and engineers employed at Cavey are working to cure rabies, lycanthrope itself, and to make suitable and longer-lasting sedative and pain-relieving drugs. They have prepared several drugs currently on the market including a rabies vaccination for humans, sedatives which are employed by the Anti-Hostile Squad to subdue aggressive and dangerous lycanthropes, and many more effective drugs for treating various sicknesses and unease in werewolves.
All registered lycanthropes are encouraged to donate their time and bodies for extended research, though all are also required by law currently to fulfill a certain amount of time monthly within the facility in the hopes of contributing to the discovery which will lead to the cure of the rabies epidemic.

UNITED RIGHTS LEAGUE !
BASICALLY, THEY WANT RIGHTS FOR WEREWOLVES, AND THEY WANT IT NOW.
The United Rights League is a non-profit group that strives to bring the injustices towards werewolves to the forefront of everyone's mind, fight for rights, and educate about misconceptions. They are a common sight among Paris, passing out leaflets, holding (generally civil) protests, and holding seminars and fundraisers of various types. The group runs on a large group of volunteers, and offers a fairly successful shelter and job placement program for loups-garoux who have been discriminated against and lost employment or homes.
Members of the URL are notedly vocal but generally always try to stay on the good side of the law, and have a clean image. They are noted for their emphasis on values and devotion towards ending bigotry, though some have been known to get a little too enthusiastic in their attempts at righting wrongs and have ended up in trouble.

CITIZENS OF THE SUN !
THEY THINK LOUPS-GAROUX ARE JUST MONSTERS, AND THEY SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH.
Bordering on nearly cult-like at times, Citizens of the Sun is by far the most vocal of groups speaking out against werewolves. Members range in their reasons for joining, from fear of attack towards their children to a belief that the animal side of a loup-garou squarely sets them as a lesser species who deserves less rights for the protection of all, to people who are simply horrified on religious grounds and many other things, but they all share a common belief— loups-garoux are not to be fully trusted and should be regulated highly, at the very least, and what the government is doing right now isn't enough to keep the public safe.
Citizens are a loose group and they vary wildly on their level of extremism, but it is well known that many members have acted out in nearly-terrorist ways to achieve their goals, though no one will admit to doing it specifically in the name of the group itself.
